Stick to it You will lose a lot of weightI originally took this product in 2015 and I am definitely that person that needs instant gratification, i need to see instant results, and if that s what your looking for this product isn t it. It took about 2 full months of taking the product I wasn t even working out at the time and all of a sudden the weight literally started falling off. I never believe in weight loss pills, but I wanted to test it and see because at the time I was seeing Garcinia everywhere I kept taking this product for a good 3 months, then I switched to another product that was supposed to be like an extreme Garcinia, but it did not work After I moved back to California and was working like crazy for some time, I started to gain weight again, so I looked in my past orders to find what it was I was taking that made me lose all that weight a few years back and I placed another order I am so glad I did. It really does help with cravings all I want to do is eat sweets it s insane But I have had way better portion control, I m working out and after almost a month I am already seeing results This is the only brand I will take Just give it a try and be patient
