Gag But totally worth itFirst off, these capsules taste and smell STRONG But I still give them 5 stars because they have worked better than any other garlic supplement I ve tried. The smell taste is pretty putrid going down but do not cause any garlic burps or breath when taken with food. My blood pressure had been hanging around 160 90 for several months. After just 1 week of using this aged black garlic supplement, my blood pressure dropped to 130 80 and has stayed there for almost a month now. With no other changes in my diet and exercise, I m confident that my decreased BP is due to this supplement.
