Worth the money. My husband with coronary artery disease and COPD maintains his Blood pressure on this product. In fact, he was able to eliminate 2 of his 3 BP medications. In addition, he has not been affected by a bacterial or viral infection for the past 3 seasons. After awhile, the garlic is a bit strong smelling, but it does not bother my husband. No side effects It is expensive but worth it. I m ordering another 2 bottles of it now. Godspeed.
