I purchased this product when I was looking for a cranberry supplement. They were all full of sugar because cranberry is generally tart. This one is sweetened with stevia so it doesn t create an insulin response and spike your blood sugar. I already was taking a fiber supplement and drinking aloe so I got a three fer .We drink fruit protein shakes for breakfast and the flavor is a nice add. Highly recommend you try this.
