Very happy with my black cohosh purchase.This was my first purchase of a bulk supplement and I am very impressed. It works I have been having hot flashes for well over 10 years now and black cohosh has helped me so I don t have as many as I used to. You could make your own capsules with this product, but I add it to a liquid coffee or I sprinkle it on my morning raisin toast. It does have a little bit of a bitter taste when I put it on my toast, but not bad. I have used other black cohosh products, but I like this because it is pure with no added ingredients.
