ReviewThis product was nicely packaged, easy to make, smelled amazing, easy to store, and tastes delicious. I was worried about the taste because I ve only ever bought elderberry syrup which is high in sugar. This tastes mainly of cloves. At first I thought it was super bitter, but then I tried it again after refrigerating and it was really good. The only thing I didn t like was the directions stating to cook until contents halve without any indication of how long it would actually take. It ended up being about 30 minutes or so but I would have liked to know that ahead of time.
