I really swear by this product. After being surrounded by sneezers and coughers on a flight to Ft. Lauderdale, I was sure I was next. I started taking the elderberry immediately, and over a month later I m still healthy. This is even after I got home and my husband was put on antibiotics because of a bad cold and severe cough.
