jk Smiles: Got it for the joints, but my nails reap the benefits

Have sore knees. Heard about gelatin over the years and thought I would give it a tray. Based on reviews, I took 8 pills per day 4 at breakfast and 4 at dinner . This is about one bottle per month. About three weeks in knees feel less painful. A few months in my nails feel more rigid and strong. Would recommend this product to anyone who wants to address those issues.
