WOW, A FIRST FOR MEMy gosh, it helps the arthritis in my hands, almost immediately I am using a large quantity of it, though, so I have to reduce the amount and I ll see if it s still anti-inflammatory. I take a ton of supplements, and this IS THE FIRST TIME I COULD FEEL THE BENEFITS A SUPPLEMENT WITHIN A FEW DAYS. I will be getting the larger size next.
