I use ginger for nausea and fullness associated with gastroparesis. Ginger speeds up gastric emptying and helps with upper GI discomfort. This works well but it is more expensive than what I usually pay. I was in a situation that I had to order something and get it quickly, so I chose this. I normally would go to a store and get a less expensive bottle of it.
