I m very satisfied with how well it has worked to lower my ...My experience is very similar to Emily s. I m very limited in the medications I can take because of adverse reactions but I do have high blood pressure and congestive heart failure as a result. Finally found a diuretic I can take which has helped immensley but my pressure was still a little on th high side. About 140 95. I also read of a study actully, several studies on how allicin can lower blood pressure . The studies I read indicated that it was dose and duration dependent. With that in I mind, I take to two tablets a day - 600mg total. After two months my pressure now runs anywhere from 115 - 125 70-85. I m very satisfied with how well it has worked to lower my hypertension.
