Poor quality controlAccording to their website the dosage is 4 capsules for 1000 mg and the bottle says 5 per 1000 mg thus giving anywhere from 200 mg to 250 mg per capsule. That being said as you can see from the picture the variation between capsules is ridiculous and the entire bottle 730 capsules resembles the picture.
