Empese a probarlo y te puedo decir que aqui en casa todos estamos super excelente de salud y gracias a esta vitamina estamos super bien de salud, a mi y mi esposo nos ayudo para el cerebro, mareos, devilidad o cansancio, te refuerza el sistema immunologico, te ayuda a descansar mas, en si te ayuda a concentrate, notas la diferuencia, afuera estres, sientes que tu cerebro respira mejor. Mi familia somos 6 y todos estamos tomando en si compre 2 cajas por persona.. estamos preparando el sistema inmunologico para cualquier virus. Las alergias de mi hija desaparecieron, se le quitaron a mi ni a, de echo ella la declararon alergia cebera al polen, pero con todas la vitamina que le d , dejo de suguir tomando meducinas, ahora disfruta jugar afuera, ya no toma mas medicamentos no tenemos q comprar medicina para cada temporada, no mas gripes , no tos de temporadas.
