Chandra: Good supplement, but have some concerns about Vitamin A amount.

I like this product, but am slightly concerned about the high amount of Vitamin A in it. I have read that too much Vitamin A over the long term can cause osteoporosis, and modest amounts are already in most multi-vitamins. I am not sure what constitutes too much , but am doing some research.
