Carol Harris: Helps me sleep at night.

I take this due to anxiety and trouble falling and staying asleep at night. I m a 69-year-old woman. So I guess part of the problem could be due to lower melatonin levels since they decrease as you age. But they say it s not good to take melatonin supplements on a regular basis. I still have problems falling asleep, but once I m out I stay asleep and get a good night s rest.
